Employee work productivity is an important factor in supporting company successparticularly in Indonesian marketplace companies operating in a dynamic and competitive business environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the work productivity of Generation Z employees, with quiet quitting as a mediating variable from a human capital perspective. This research employs a quantitative approach with an causal research type. The research sample consists of 175 respondents who are Generation Z employees at marketplace companies in Indonesia, selected using non-probability sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using purposive sampling and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that leadership style and work motivation significantly influence work productivity and also significantly affect quiet quitting.
